        Horrible service. I called and said i needed to get a tv hung on the wall and i needed to have it looked at to make sure it could be done she told Me they normally do estimates via picture lmfao. Then she says that there minimum is 390 dollars for anything they do lmfao this company is a joke.

Our owners get it. Charles spent 25+ years in the Ace Retail stores and Crystal spent 10 years caring for her Grandparents in their own home and understand the trust needed to have someone around your most precious people be they children, seniors or pets. Our team is really good at fixing things, but we are also in the relationship business and want to be your home ally for years to come.

      As our customer service rep explained we sell our work in packages starting at two hours during the spring and we would be very happy to fill any time left after mounting a TV. Our rep even offered to speak with ownership to discuss breaking protocol to come out in advance to do the measuring that was requested as the TV had not been purchased yet. The customers who choose to work with us appreciate the value of our services and one-year warranty. We know this based on hundreds of other reviews and our 4.8+ rating.
