        My experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. Waiting 10 hours to load a truck, no restroom facilities, and a complete lack of consideration for drivers make it clear they are out of touch with basic human needs. A frustrating and disappointing encounter, to say the least This company needs a serious reality check on human decency.

        Poorly run facility, tiny lot, messy and unprofessional. Rude staff. When you pull up, don't bother with the telecom at the entrance. Just pull right in and walk the ppw to the S/R office. There's a staging area some distance right of the main truck entrance. It's by the orange "Kettle Employee Entrance" sign.

        Arrived at 6:45AM for a 5:00PM pick up, there was truck in the dock already, checked in at got a door right away, loading only took 2hrs because my 2nd PickUp number was invalid and we had to figure it out, other than that as I docked I was being loaded without 20 mins.. area is VERY small minimum waiting area.. early arrival suggested.. Shipping/Receiving opens at 6AM
