Shawn is really friendly and reliable! He has helped me out with great deals on electronics and he can fix anything you break on your phone. I'll bring all my electronics to him from now on.

This Karen learned a lesson more valuable than the cost of replacing a phone. When doing business with a place that has zero reviews and address comes back w a photo of a liquor store on broadway in Everett wa (home lf tweaker cam on YouTube) you should assume stolen from the jump even if proven otherwise. You tried saving a few bucks and got burned your own greed is as much at fault for your son flying without a phone. Charge it to the game and pay retail next time Karen. And your big mouth just turned ur son into a co defendant. make him read a book I can smell the Mountain Dew thru the phone.

SOLD ME A STOLEN PHONE buyer beware, I bought a T-Mobile revvl 4 with the clear understanding that it would work on arrival with any T-Mobile sim card. The phone was already turned on with a working sim inside, missed calls and all, when it arrived. I called the cell guru in everett, WA and he confirmed it was him who sold it to me and that he would call T-Mobile to fix it. I asked twice if it was stolen, and he said he did not buy stolen phones. This phone is CLEARLY stolen, validated at the T-Mobile store. Purchased for my 9 year old who is get on an airplane tomorrow and now he has nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE CELL GURU they should not be allowed to sell anything after a clear cut and validated case of fraud, I'm infuriated. Edited to add, they change their Google listed number and blocked me from Mercari in order to stop me from reviewing. They claim they do not buy stolen phones, but now it honestly seems like this is a regular occurrence. Tried to convince me to send it back even though tmobile is already getting phone to it's rightful owner. I'm ready for the business to be shut down before people keep getting scammed, this is outrageous.
