        Old-School customer service like I havent seen in decades. Wendell has been the service manager for 1.5 years now and he and his team have set the bar higher than any of their competitors. I have had my Arima equipped with a Yamaha 115 serviced by defiance marine in Bremerton and Auburn sports and Marine and have no complaints about either. However, these guys at Bayside Marine have managed to outperform in terms of technical competence and customer service with respect to the service department. Wendell and the service team did EXACTLY what they said they would do on a 20 hour service/winterizing and took the time to go over each item. They have an awesome way of winterizing the engine that doesnt require bringing it back in to de-winterize in the spring. Simply fill up with gas and go fishing. No more bad gas and having to run the engine every couple of weeks all winter. This was BY FAR the best service experience I have ever had anywhere including automotive. Im loyal for life. Thank you service team.

Bayside Marine is not your typical service shop. We are a full-service marine facility offering: service repair and parts, indoor boat storage, used boat sales, and new motor sales. We service and install Yamaha and Mercury engines and are located in the ever-growing Port of Everett.
