The worst place Ive ever known dont come here

As I've just moved in, I'm not completely sure about the situation long-term, but I am quite happy with the price, amenities, location, and floor plan. The kitchen seems new and nice, I have a washer/dryer, and any "issues" with the apartment seem mainly visual/small. Having said that, I will point out that the staff seem friendly and helpful. Most notably, Carolena helped me a lot- her general demeanor was great, but she also helped me with a few small specific situations in the work pre-move-in and while moving in. All in all, this place seems like an apartment.

No accountability or integrity of staff, or business owners, who do not even own the property. Very disrespectful environment. No microwave and very low quality appliances if they even work.

Flea infested; I don't own a pet and I'm getting fleas inside my apartment biting me on a regular basis. Multiple attempts to have managment deal with it. Required photo proof of fleas in my flea trap for some reason. Great maintenance staff.. Honestly the only reason I have stayed here. Ceiling is paper thin, it will sound like your neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling with every step. (At least on the first floor). One of the neighbors on my floor have a putrid smell that fills the halls and I have tried to have it dealt with for 3 years it persists. Not the worst place I have lived but that's not saying much... Management have been a mixed bag being helpful some times and other times dismissive and rude.
