Once upon a time on valentine's day 2024, the Riverview staff helped our little family off the streets into a Home. Their kindness has let our family begin to move forward in such a better way. Now today Peter, our son, my wife and I, are able to look forward instead of backwards. So a big thank you to Nicole, Patty, and Kelly for making this valentines day one to remember. My spouse lives here and after months of torment I am pushed pass my breaking point. My spouse lives in constant fear due to unrelenting harassment from her first floor neighbor. A103 is a hazard to the community, constantly playing heavy metal music at frequencies that shake her unit. She reports he also bangs on her floor at all hours of the night and yells at her floor berating her! She has reported to management over 5 times in a not even year span. She has called blue line security and Everett police department various times. It is hard to give management the benefit of the doubt when he has not been dealt with in a serious manner. This man is dangerous and its documented.. look at the reviews from previous tenants one person mentioned this man before. She is planning to move soon which is extremely unfortunate because having seen the place myself and the amenities it seriously saddens me one person is ruining her quality of life. Being a precious tenant myself, Ive never had a problem like this in another building over. Management, please do something before this individual harms somebody. Im writing this at 12AM awoken by this individuals harassment. EDIT 3/6/24 Nothing has been done about this man. My spouses floors continue to shake from his harassment and he continues to bang on her floor. I will continue to update this review until the day I die as long as my spouse who lives alone is harassed by this mysterious man. Management replied to my concerns stating email them thats already been done. When the straw finally breaks this mans back and he does something serious maybe theyll take the concerns serious.. by then it will be too late. Women and children, stay CLEER of A building! Its dangerous! Edit 3/12/24 This Tenant continues to reign terror on not only my spouse but other tenants of A building. There have been multiple families reporting incidents of harassment caused by this ONE aggressor and management continuities to absolutely nothing about it giving my spouse the runaround. This man has gotten violent with tenants over the weekend! Harassing not only my spouse and her property but anybody who comes across his path. What a lose cannon! Management continues to make claims that they are working towards a solution but they havent done not a single thing theyve said they were going to do! When you pay almost $1600 for a single bedroom unit just to be constantly harassed in your home you start to get beyond frustrated. Dont sign a lease here! They dont hold their end of the deal and provide you a peaceful home when youre paying almost thousands in bills and utilities life is NOT better here!
