Jackson House

Courteous and kind staff. Residents that Ive met have generally good things to say. One of the most affordable places for a Senior to live in the Everett area. Also close to everything. Definitely worth a tour.

Jackson House has been the perfect place for my dad for the past 5 years. I had to move him closer to me as he was no longer able to drive. Jackson House staff made the move-in process simple and easy to understand. I chose Jackson House because of the elevator and enclosed/secure building. Despite staffing challenges of the past few years, the personnel worked with me to solve any issues we were experiencing. My dad has moved on to assisted living now, but Jackson House was the best living option for him when he was still relatively independent. I appreciate the staffs patience with the Senior population and recognizing family members as they work to meet the needs of their aging relatives.

Please dont move any of your family members or yourself into Jackson house. My grandmother lived here for over a year and it was a constant battle of bed bugs continuously They dont take the situation serious at all, or treat neighbors and let it be a continuous problem as you can see in other reviews. The manager is very unprofessional and rude when you try to talk to her about anything. My grandmother missed out on so many family events because of continuous bed bug problem and had to live in it. Please stay away from this place!! I feel so bad for everyone who has to live in these conditions here & may even be unaware of whats going on. 0 stars if I could.
