All I know, and all I need to know, is that I made an appointment with Mr. Anderson, and come time for my appointment (after taking time to re-arrange my work schedule and drive all the way from my office to his) the office is simply closed.  Door locked, shades drawn, no answer to knocking or phone calls.  Ten minutes later I'm still standing on the sidewalk, alone, looking like an idiot.  Two hours later and I haven't even received a return call to at least apologize for such wantonly disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.  Showing up to your appointments is business 101, I would never recommend working with anyone this unreliable right out of the gate.
