Drove from Olympia to buy an upright freezer from the owner Doug at Reynolds. I had a lot of questions for him via messenger and he was very quick to respond to everything I bugged him about lol, even being on his day off. He held the appliance for me as well. I got there and he was very professional and kind and no hesitation to help me load it up. Freezer is home and running like a dream. Thank you Doug!

I have doubts about the truthfulness of any reviewer claiming that Doug would say he wont send out a Mexican. I have known Doug and his family for 15+ years and have purchased a variety of appliances from him in that time. The last purchase I made from him was a refrigerator in the summer of 2023 when mine unexpected died. He was able to set me up with a brand-new refrigerator at a great price including installation. The gentleman who did the installation was Mexican. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the water valve that had been unused with my previous refrigerator so that my current one could dispense water. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his company if you are in need of an appliance and will continue to buy from him in the future.
