My mom did my prom & tolo flowers growing up in high-school and also did weddings for many of my friends, even out of state. She's been in the business for over 25yrs. and not only does weddings but sympathy & special arrangements locally. A hard, dedicated worker, she often gets up early to pickup flowers, goes without sleep and has blessed many people with her gifts and talents in floral arrangements. Highly recommended!

Always impressive! Sandy is an amazing artist who creates beauty and delivers joy every single time. I live in a different state and have a friend in Enumclaw. Each time I have ordered flowers, she far exceeds my expectations. Every arrangement is personal, beautiful and made with love. Thank you so much for sharing love and hope and good cheer when I can't be there!

This was the worst florists ever. I ordered through this company because it was local to the area in Washington state near my daughter for her Birthday, Valentines Day and over all cheering her up and letting her know just how special she is! I ordered the Life of the Party Bouquet. I tipped the driver 10% and was told that it would be delivered by 4pm that day, I ordered at 10:30 AM in the morning yesterday their time. They decided that it wasnt important enough and I read their statements on deliveries they normally deliver to a business from 9 AM to 5 PM at no extra charge, except for the service delivery fee of $9.99 which I paid. The total cost was $86 plus change. Thats not what was delivered!! Customer service Lady who she said her name was Kat was switching things up and telling me that they dont deliver the same day without an expedited fee! She also did not even care to inform me that it wasnt going to be delivered! The customer service lady named Kat was the same lady I ordered from by phone yesterday!! When I went to their website to deal with their messenger chat agent through Facebook messenger Im pretty surethey blocked me completely as soon as I clicked the pre-arranged choice of problem with my orderand when I tried to access the Facebook public page it said I didnt have access!! What legitimate company deals with customers like that?! Today my daughter received A flower Arrangement. Certainly not worth $86!! Oh and the Facebook messenger Customer Service Agent? She received the pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered!! Then tells me that it would take a long time to download or save the images? Huh?! Not to mention that sometimes they have to change arrangements due to flowers not being available? Which if that were the case.Shouldnt I have been told that my choice of flower arrangement was not available? Very very poor company very very mismanaged and very very uncommunicative!!

Spoke with floral Shop, my concerns were met with an agreement that was adequate and fair for both of us!
