Traverse Apartments

Highly enjoy living in this community. The apartment manager is pleasant to work with. Any maintenance issues are addressed in a very timely matter.

Great little community. The foothills trail is easily accessible to walk our dog and the parking areas are well lit for night-time. The apartment manager is always available and answers any questions we have. Nice new appliances and big living room.

By far the best view in town! Beautiful inside and out. Great open floor plan with air conditioning for the summer! Gorgeous appliances. The refrigerator is large and has an ice maker. The grounds are meticulously kept up and the property manager is attentive and always available! A safe community with walking trails and endless dining and shopping options only add to the charm of Traverse. We love it here!

Quiet community in a great location. New build with energy efficient appliances. I have noticed monthly utilities are a lot lower than what I am used to seeing in an apartment setting. Management, Heidi, is very responsive and resolves issues or questions quickly. Heidi even takes the time to send out monthly calendars via email for the local events.

Traverse is a great place to live. Quiet, friendly neighbors, great views, brand new interior, what more could you ask for?! The location is perfect, next to 410, we have easy access to everything. It's also worth noting that 410 quiets down in the evenings and there's virtually no road noises at night. Very peaceful surroundings with a 55+ community to the rear of the complex. Alot of the seniors walk their dogs around the area during the day and in the park across the street, which is perfect for dog owners living at Traverse. The Manager Heidi is awesome. She's on top of everything happening on the grounds and really makes sure the tenants are comfortable and happy. She communicates directly with us regularly, so we know what's going on around the complex. She also sends out monthly letters with upcoming, fun things to do around the area. She really goes above and beyond, better than any other management I've ever experienced in 15 years of renting. I'm grateful I jumped on the opportunity to live at Traverse, it really is a great place to live.
