Anytime Fitness is awesome! One of the best things about it is Carolyn Heater! She takes the time to show us alternatives if we just can't manage the movement, face it, she's dealing with us older folks. She pushes us to use our full potential and then find a little bit more. Another reason the Elma Anytime Fitness is awesome is Brenda, I'm sorry but I don't know her last name. She introduced me to kombucha, (which is so good) she is a great instructor when she fills in for Caroline. Seeing the smiles of those two ladies is the perfect way to start the day!

Carolyn Heater is one of the most inspiring coaches ! It's a fun class and she encourags every one of to do their best! She's the bomb!!

I've began as a reluctant member almost a year ago. Because of my specific physical challenges, I was unsure of my capabilities for success. Carolyn Heater is my assigned trainer & I couldn't be more impressed. Not only does she gently encourage me, but she has plenty of knowledge as to how to adjust & substitute exercises to conform to my needs. Her demeanor is very approachable & down to earth. I now attend her small group training classes, where your individual progress is monitored & adjusted, as you gain strength. I credit Carolyn for my increased energy, fitness & confidence. Also, the gym facilities are impeccably clean. Thanks to all the staff for always making me feel welcome!
