I can not thank Crossroads Outdoor Motors enough. Rob fixed my quad very timely and for less than half of the other shops that I took it to, yet were unsuccessful at fixing it. It is now running great and serving me well. I highly recommend Rob and his staff.

I would highly recommend Rob for your small engine needs. I had a low hours engine from a sawmill that quit running. I called around to a few local shops looking to get it repaired under warrenty with not so great results. The first basically said there was no chance of a warranty repair and it could take months... The second shop said they could but after reading reviews and talking to them on the phone I was not convinced. I called Rob and explained to him the same as the others. After a few questions he said it shouldn't be a problem and he would just need to diagnose it to verify and get it fixed under warranty. I dropped it off and about 2 weeks later it was done. The only hold up time wise was waiting on parts. Otherwise Rob was very quick to diagnose it and report his findings. Great communication from Rob and I am very pleased with my experience. One note is that he is a one man shop and goes by appointment. If you don't get him on the phone right away leave a message or text and he will get back to you. Thanks again Rob!

I had this shop install a new and complete suspension on my 2016 Yamaha 450F not only did they quote a far price up front they also were very professional. I would recommend all of my friends and family to use these guys. Honest, fair, and a great price. Service: Steering & suspension repair

Total rip off. Be sure you get a quote in writing or they will jack up the price!!! Not an honest operation!!! Then the owner blamed the world for over charging
