I've served as General Manager for Superior Concrete over the last 19 years, and all that time have been a trade partner with Westcott Homes on Snohomish and King County projects. Superior Concrete supports Westcott Homes' land development team with storm water detention vault and site retaining wall construction, and we work with the vertical construction team building single and multi-family home foundations and site flatwork packages. Over these two decades, the Puget Sound home construction industry has seen population booms, bank failures, a great recession, a pandemic, and crippling supply chain issues. Westcott Homes and Superior Concrete have leveraged creativity and teamwork to continuously build the highest quality neighborhoods around the Sound in Renton, Kenmore, Bothell, Edmonds, Lynnwood, and Lake Stevens. Superior understand the industry leading standards of professionalism and safety sought by Westcott Home and have always worked toward those high standards together. The last seven years, Westcott Homes has focused on the multi-family housing market and Superior Concrete has participated building six exciting townhome communities. Westcott's design and construction managers have worked with architects, engineers, and the construction trades to add value engineering, as well as planning and scheduling efficiency to these jobs. I have personally gotten to see how all of this development adds innovation, quality, and value to a Westcott townhome. Superior Concrete is fortunate to work with Westcott Homes and I and the rest of our team really appreciate our relationship.
