Keith has been an awesome property manager. Id previously had a series of not-stellar experiences with PMs, and getting Keith as my PM was a huge breath of fresh air. He spent time with me upfront to understand my concerns and learn the quirks of my property. He actually listens to what Im saying about my priorities and concerns. Hes on top of every problem and communicates with me about them, then gets them solved. Communication is key in a relationship with a PM and Keith gets that and follows through. I cant recommend him enough.

I've accumulated various properties over the years, and since my career has nothing to do with real estate, I needed someone to manage my properties. I have used several with different strengths and weaknesses. Keith has been managing some of my properties for the past several years. What matters to me most is reliability. Keith is insightful, practical, resourceful and always responsive. And in all, a consummate professional. He offers me the peace of mind that my properties are well cared for in excellent capable hands. My wife and I live in California and own a rental house in Seattle. For several years now, Keith Abernathy has served as our property manager. We have been very pleased with his work. His close attention to the property has relieved us of the difficulties we would have had if we had tried to manage the property from long distance. When the parties who rented the house have contacted him with a problem, for example, he has quickly communicated with us and helped us resolve it in a timely manner. The house is many decades old; Keith visits it at regular intervals to update us on any changes in its condition. When it has required repairs, he has secured contractors who have done good work at excellent rates. When weve contacted Keith with a question or concern, he has gotten back to us promptly. He has forwarded the rent payments to us on a consistent schedule. All in all, Keith has done an excellent job for us. I would recommend him highly to property owners in the market for a property manager.
