        The excellent customer service on the part of Mikes Plumbing began with their office intake and careful recordation of the multiple issues we were seeking a bid for. The bid response included the entire scope of work and line item cost estimates. The two plumbers, Jake and Dakota arrived on time with a company van complete with an array of miscellaneous plumbing tools/parts. After a quick tour and recount of what was expected that day, the two launched into the tasks at hand. In conclusion, they were considerate of our house, worked smart and when all was said and done, did a great job! Very glad we contacted Mikes Plumbing and will certainly call them again.

        I do not recommend Mike's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. They've caused more damage to my home, which was a new leak within 24hrs after their services. A regrettable experience and I would caution before bidding your project.

        During the last freeze, Mikes Plumbing was stellar. They returned calls on a weekend, came the next day on a weekend and were communicative and efficient. I cant say enough good things about the company.

        Were a condo complex in Edmonds and have needed plumbing services several times over the past year, most recently the week of 1/15/24 due freezing temps. Yep - a broken pipe!! Mikes staff is tops at communicating in advance as well as keeping their customer updated on their techs ETA. Theyve been great in doing all possible to meet our needs in a timely manner. Their dispatch staff? Fabulous! Each tech sent to us explains what theyre doing and why, when alternatives are an option theyre explained. IMO their rates are very fair. You can count on them and thats worth a lot!!

        Had a plumbing emergency and they were able to come out the same day and rescue us. They also helped me over the phone before their guys even arrived. The guys who showed up were pleasant and professional and got the job done! Will use again in the future. Thanks!

      Hi JP,We are sorry that you were less than satisfied with the service. When you contacted us for service you requested that we perform drain cleaning of a tub drain. Once onsite, it was noted that the overflow plug was down and blocking flow. It was then requested that the technicians not snake the drain, so no work was done in the bathroom. We did not receive a call to make us aware of an additional leak within 24 hours of our visit. You did call our office several days later and referenced that you had an emergency bathroom leak addressed the day after we were onsite. Our technicians did not work on any plumbing related to the bathroom. We stand by the quality of our work. If the leak you referenced is related to kitchen plumbing we worked on and not the bathroom leak you referenced when you contacted us, please call our office at your earliest convenience.
