        This office is terrible at follow up, care and communication. We get a procedure done, then hear nothing for weeks until WE reach out looking for answers. They do another procedure and we hear NOTHING again for weeks until we reach out. A colonoscopy, endoscopy, food allergy test and no answers except to take antacids. My family member has severe pain attacks and just wants to feel better, but no one ever reaches out to us to continue trying to find an answer. I've never seen a group of doctors so uninterested in treating a patient. It almost feels like they are inconvenienced in trying to help.
