        Our account was just handed to this office without our consent because our advisor left abruptly at his firm at another Ameriprise location. Whole ordeal from start to finish was handled so unprofessionally its incomprehensible. This management team took fees from our account when they werent managing our money! No refund was granted. Unbelievable. Cant believe you unprofessionals can sleep at night knowing you did this. Gross.
