        I'm fairly certain it's a pre requisite to lack basic manners to work here. The speaker needed to be replaced about 15 years ago. The owners of this restaurant have made it clear they don't care.

        This DQ has changed. The service was poor. The last times I have gone, it makes me sad because it was a family favorite until about 2022. I have been going to the Edmonds DQ since 1993. No smiles or hellos at drive thru anymore, blizzards are not filled to the top anymore that makes me feel angry because the prices sure have gone up and the service and the servings have gone down, down, and down. At the drive thru, they act like they could care less about any customer. There customer service is colder than all of there ice cream. Parking: Open parking at this location in the DQ lot. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Main level 2 doors to go indoors.
