Evergreen Clinic, Theodore Matheny MD

Dr. Matheny is one of my favorite people in my healthcare portfolio! He has been there for me at many critical junctures of my healthcare. He is gracious, kind and caring. I love that he comes from a Medical background but is now a favorite homeopathic doctor. He knows the side effects of traditional medicine and I have utilized his service at times as a sounding board when I get reports or tests from mainstream medicine and I want another opinion. I’m very glad Dr. Matheny is in our community. He is a true asset to the healthcare community!

I found Dr. Matheny when I overheard a couple talking about their wonderful doctor while standing at Trader Joe's. I decided to ask them where this guy was. The rest is history, I have been visiting Dr. Matheny's clinic for several years now. He was educated at one of the finest medical schools in CA. Because Dr. Matheny practiced as an MD and is now a homeopathic doctor he can talk with you about pros and cons of recommendations given by traditional medicine. This is such valuable information to have! I cannot emphasize this enough. He is not only smart but he also takes into consideration the ideas that you have about something and you get to discuss such things. The doctors I don't trust are the ones that think they know it all. The first gate that opens the door to learning is the "willingness to know" something that one doesn't know. As I have learned, medicine is NOT an exact "science" that's why it's called "practicing medicine." At any rate, I think highly of Dr. Matheny and I value his knowledge and opinions.
