Kids Foundation Academy

KFA has been an incredible place for our daughter. She started in the Roots class with Ms. Maribel at 11 months old. Ms. Maribel is a gem! Our daughter loved going every day and never once cried being handed off to staff. She is now in the Branches classroom (once she turned 2) and is really enjoying it. Her vocabulary has skyrocketed, she knows her colors, has learned some Spanish, and theyve been great in supporting her potty training journey recently. To name a few other things we love about KFA: - food is included in tuition (breakfast, lunch and snack), and their chef does an excellent job with the meal plans - diapers are also provided/included - the daily structure and activities, dancing/music time and creative crafts - Kseniya and Kosta are very organized, have great communication, and truly know and love our daughter We actually live in North Seattle and drive 20 minutes to/from KFA because its been such a phenomenal experience and place for our daughter. Our son Wyatt has been at KFA for a year and a half now and we couldnt be happier. The owners, Kseniya and Kosta, put their heart and soul into making a safe, fun, educational, and loving school environment for both the kids and parents. Wyatt started in the Roots classroom at just under 1 year old and it was such a great experience for us as nervous first-time parents. His teachers encouraged him as he learned to walk, guided him through new (healthy and home-cooked!) foods, and introduced him to so many fun art projects. When Wyatt turned 2 and moved up to the older classroom, the staff made sure the transition was a positive one for all of us. We receive pics and updates via the Brightwheel app all day long, so we are constantly in the know on what hes eating, when hes sleeping, diaper changes, and who hes playing with. Im constantly amazed by the labor of love that must go into planning the curriculum and all the creative activities they have planned for the kids its something new every day. On top of all that, KFA staff has truly become like family to us. We feel so lucky to be embraced by the KFA community and couldnt speak highly enough of the whole team. We have another little girl on the way and have no doubt shell be joining her brother at KFA!

My 1 year old daughter just started here a couple of weeks ago and we are so impressed by the care that she receives here. The first few days were rough for her because she was used to being with me 24/7 and she has about 7 teeth coming in all at once but her teachers are so amazing with her and helping distract her. She is actually now always excited to go and immediately goes to Ms. Kseniya when getting dropped off and this is only her 3rd week. I love that they teach them educational things and help them walk, potty train, etc. They're also a bilingual daycare which is great. We get multiple pictures and videos throughout the day and lots of updates on going potty, eating, drinking, and when her nap was through their app which you can easily download the pictures and videos straight to your phone. They also are secure and take security and keeping your kids safe very serious. They do lots of arts and crafts with her. Breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks are provided in the price which is great because a lot of daycares don't provide food. They also provide Kirkland brand diapers which is also great because those are the best ones and the ones that we use. I would 100% get on the wait list for here if they don't have any openings available. You won't regret it. She even made a little friend this week! We were at KFA for a short time, but we had such a good experience. Our son acclimated within 1 week even with drop offs at the door. They are very Covid conscious. We received pictures daily, and our son always had a good time. The big thing we really appreciated about KFA was how they took our sons multiple food allergies seriously. This was a huge relief for us as parents. Our son was able to also have nutritious meals and snacks every day. We would highly recommend KFA to others! They are very caring and instill creative growth.
