Optimal Health Chiropractic And Massage

I can only think of positive things to say. This has been a total body experience. If i go on with a pain in a different location, it is addressed... no putting me off for a "different referral", no bing told we aren't working on that area. We work where the pain is. I love that PT is in the same office. The doctor works directly with the PT and tweaks exercises daily based on what is going on with me . Everyone is pleasant. I'm greeted with smiles every day. They accommodate my unisual schedule, and don't penalize me if i need to cancel for last-minute emergencies. It didn't take 6 months to get my first appointment.... i got in the day i called. I have never had excessive eait times, even if i come in early or late for my appointments. This is the first time in a long time i have been treated like a person and not just another appointment in a busy schedule. I cant say enough good things. I didnt think places lik this still existed.... especially in a medical field!!!!!

I've been coming here for 3 months and the pain in my lower back improved immensely, I went from barely being able to walk my dog daily because of pain, to having more pain free days than not. I'm standing straighter, my shoulders and hips are more even, and my neck looks as it should on an X-ray. I've gained back mobility I had lost. Thanks for taking great care of me Dr. Aldin. :)

Regular massage therapy with Dustin has been key in maintaining my neck and back health. He is a talented and knowledgeable massage therapist. I'm comfortable in knowing I'm in the right hands with Dustin. I haven't felt this good in years!

I would recommend Optimal Health for many reasons. Im an aging woman and Ive never felt more lumber. Sleeping thru the night and overall lighter!

There are so many wonderful things to say about my experiences! Dr. Strahl & the staff are amazing. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients with caring kindness. Getting a massage with Carisa definitely compliments the healing process with chiropractic work. Cole, the physical therapist, goes over all the stretching to help with strengthening and healing with great detail and patience. Carolann, the receptionist, always greets everyone who walks through the door with a welcoming hello. She makes scheduling an appointment very pleasant.
