    Working with Taction was quite possibly the best investment I could have made when starting my new creative business. Darren not only helped walk me through the daunting process of setting up my finances correctly, but he also taught me how to properly maintain them on my own. Any question I could have had, he had the answer to. I have never been comfortable with this sort of thing, but he helped give me the peace of mind I needed to focus on the more important things of running a business. Even though he taught me how to maintain things on my own, I will definitely continue to use them on a quarterly basis just to make sure the business is financially healthy and on the right track. I truly would have been lost without them.

He did all the research and troubleshooting to make it happen quickly and painlessly. Not only are they able to set up fully remote consultations, but Taction will walk you through what they're doing and why in real time with screenshares if you wish. Plus, with online booking, they know how to make everything painless for their customers. And, if you want someone with a chill manner over finance stuff, Darren's great there too. Seriously! Worth every penny for my QuickBooks Online implementation, QuickBooks coaching/training and for Accounting consulting. Taction Consulting is definitely our go-to for Affordable bookkeeping in Seattle (and the greater Puget Sound region)!

    I have been working with Darren from Taction for over a year now. As a construction worker I am very unskilled when it comes to technology, bookkeeping, and general business organization. Before I hired Darren I was writing my invoices out by hand, filing my taxes on my own, getting lots of notices for being late for payments, etc. I was pulling my hair out! Since hiring Darren my business is running like a well oiled machine! He introduced me to QuickBooks, he created a system to organize all of my important work related documents, he helped to make sure I had all the necessary licenses and set up a system to ensure I was never late renewing or paying fees, he took over managing my website, he helped me set up payroll, safety documents, and electronic time cards for my employees, he even deals with administrators and salespeople for me, among many other things. He took the headache out of running a construction company! I now enjoy running my company and dont have to stress about all the things Im not comfortable doing. Darren is polite, well spoken, explains things clearly for me to understand, and he has my best interest in mind. He has also offered me ways to expand my business and potentially generate more customer leads, but I am busy enough as it is so he let me know those options are always available. Theres no pressure from him! Only clear communication on what options I have and what actions are most important to protect my business and succeed. I cant even remember how I did it before I hired Darren and I will never go back. He continues to help me on a daily basis and just makes my life so much easier. If you're a business owner struggling in any way to run your company or are even just interested in potentially expanding you're business, you NEED to call Darren! You will not be let down!
