        Frontline is an absolutely amazing place to work at. They are so supportive, it's a real family atmosphere and they allow you to be yourselves. I would highly recommend Frontline to anyone as a terrific employer!

        total waste of time. No room for growth, they make supervisors do the same job as agents, so its just a title its an easy job because you arent required to give customers resolutions, this is like a support ticket job. They dont even have enough employees to work because they have no care for employees and the pay is not enough to live off. $13 a hour for starting. They dont care about family issues. They create positions instead of firing ppl & then get angry when you have no more work to do. Plot twist, I stopped working there in June & still have access to all of their systems, this shows how lazy they are. They would rather pay for my unneeded access then get up and make the change. Very unprofessional

        Working at Frontline Call Center is awesome! The vibes are super chill, and my coworkers are very friendly. It's like one big, welcoming family. We all help each other out, which makes the work environment so much fun. It's not just a job; it's a place where you can grow and have a good time doing it. Frontline is an awesome place to work!!
