West Coast Self-Storage DuPont

Got the unit back in August of 2023 with the 50% off.for two months. After the initial two months it was $50 a month. 4 months later of paying on time they raised the rate to $100 a month. How is this possible? The last unit I had raised their rate after a full year and it was something like $10, not 100% more. Thats crazy, not I have to look for another unit , move my stuff, pay another initial fee. I wouldnt rent here, not good business doing that. Luring customers in with cheap introductory prices and then hiking up the rate like that, seems predatory. Do better! -Francisco f. They did say they would cut the raise to $80 a month. Still too much for their smallest unit available. Update they did not bill $80 as they said they would. They decided to bill the full $100

Will was most helpful. Obtaining a storage space was a good experience. The facility was clean. We are comfortable with storing home items there.

We just moved our stuff into our unit and we cannot say enough good things about West Coast Self Storage in DuPont. Shawn was fabulous, we needed more room than we thought and Shawn was able to switch us to a larger unit no problem! We also utilized the moving truck and only had to pay for the mileage and gas that we used, the truck was very large and came with a dolly to help with the bigger items. Moving in was such a breeze thanks to Shawn! We highly recommend renting here and would absolutely rent here again!

DO NOT STORE HERE. If you are late, you have to pay the FULL BALANCE ALL AT ONCE IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY OTHER FEES. The company will add the same late fee onto your account even if you pay the rent & insurance. They do not allow someone to pay $50 a week until paid off without adding the late fee each time a payment is made. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of!!! How is anyone supposed to get caught up if a late fee is added each time they make a small payment towards their space?!?!?? Also to top it off there is NEVER anyone in the office to talk to!! Highly recommend going elsewhere!!! Also, to top it off, when I signed up I asked the person working if they accepted partial payments and they said YES!! Not one time did they mention anything about the late fee being added after each partial payment! VERY DISAPPOINTED.
