I love working with nwcs! Specifically Joshua is just a joy to work with, always friendly and helpful- even through the crazy supply chain issues of Covid hes been great at answering all my questions and going above and beyond to get us what we need. The drivers are great too, always in a good mood! Thanks for all your hard work!

Our shop (Haven Coffee) was so grateful to discover NW Coffee Supply a few years ago. Weve gradually ordered more and more of our supplies from them. Its so nice to be able to place my order online and have it delivered two days later from a friendly delivery driver. They continue to add more and more new products as the coffee industry grows and evolves. Whenever I call with a question, the owner of the company (Joshua) is almost always the one to answer. NWCS feels like a true partner, regularly providing samples of new items and helping us find solutions to the supply chain issues that COVID has caused. Keep it up, friends!

Possibly the WORST experience of any coffee product distributing company we've EVER worked with. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. If you have a problem the ONLY human to "help" you, isn't helpful, isn't polite and has no supervisor to speak to. Doesn't communicate with their customers about closures or things that are outted. If I could give negative stars, I would. I HIGHLY suggest going thru Ootopia or heading to cash and carry your self before ever putting yourself thru this rude headache!!! Also, customer service person complained to me about the people who owned the business before me.. which is none of my business. Very unprofessional and completely blaming their paying customers.. sad during these already trying times
