Coming back to edit my original 5 star rating because of the horrible experience I've had with the manager Rachel. She is extremely rude and should probably take some classes on customer service. Stephanie the regional director is very nice. I highly recommend dealing with her instead of Rachel if you can.
When I was a client there my experience was okay, although they talked me into an orthodontic procedure that wasn't necessary, told me it would cost x amount, I paid x amount in full and now I have a random bill years later that is my fault somehow. The smiles dental in Lacey is SOO much better and has much better customer service. They are upfront about all costs and don't surprise you or lie like this clinic
