Terrible service. When the carpet had dried, there were stains left from their machine. When I called to ask about this I was given a bunch of rude excuses as to it not being their fault and that the matting underneath the carpet had been soiled and the dirt was brought up by their machine. Which is fine, but are you really going to leave a customer's house with stains left behind? I don't care what all the technical problems are, I just want the carpet cleaned. No business should feel satisfied to leave a client like this. I sent them pictures of the stains left behind and they again gave excuses as the carpet wasn't maintained properly and it's old and cheap. There was a smell left behind also on the staircase. When I mentioned that to the lady over the phone she said they have nothing to do with that. I scrubbed the carpet myself and used deodorizer on the stairs myself. It took maybe 10 to 15 min and the problem was resolved by my own hand. That's all it took and they could have easily done what I did because they were paid. Don't waste your time or money on these people. The customer service rep is extremely rude too and should not be handling customers. Service: Carpet steam cleaning

$265 extra service fee just to drive to DuPont. No way. Should not be a penny over $50. Google maps lied and said this company was in DuPont. I went to this company's site and no they are not. They charge hefty fees to drive to your location on top of their fee for service. Also makes me nervous to see a carpet cleaner pushing merch.
