        This facility is poorly run by whomever is in charge at this office!! They are flooded with inventory with no room to store it. Getting loaded is for a long day. If you're delivering AND reloading.... its even longer wait times... I used the word: poorly , to describe how this facility is ran... I was being kind, I assure you!!!

      • Very bad shipper. Waited from 7:00am until 2:00pm, and after verbal conflict with staff, asking me why its taking so long, they said you need sign papers before loading..ok, eventually Ive singed.. but then they said I need to provide them my ID, basically to give the guy with who Ive verbal conflict, if not - they will not load me. So they didnt load me, manager Monica was behave badly, and Ive wasted whole day there. Bad stuff Bad manager Bad shipper No customer service, only ultimatum, wasted your time.

        Took 3 hours to wait for load and 10 minutes to put the tractors on. They start at 7am but actually at 8am til 230pm for shipping.
