They have an Excellent PT Team, patient, knowledgeable, caring, professional and positive outlook on your recovery at all times. They share thier knowledge and answer any questions you may have on excercises to continue at home for a speedy recovery. I strongly recommend trying Select Physical Therapy at the Redondo location. They helped me after shoulder surgery and also with sciatica problems as well as my husband's ankle issue. They don't want you to be in pain while doing the excercises, which I appreciated so much. They are top notch in my book.

The employees are nice and will provide help, but the billing/charges are completely misrepresented. I knew going in that I had not yet reached my deductible, so I expected to pay the full amount for services rendered. I was led to believe I'd be paying $100 for the initial visit, then $88.52 for each visit afterwords. This is exactly what the front receptionist explained to me. I was unaware that this is actually an "estimate" based on "what other people tend to pay". They don't tell you that depending on the services provided, they will then charge your insurance company additional amounts for services rendered. This includes talking to them and explaining your problem, going through some stretches, etc. So everyone will pay different amounts, but they never disclose those amounts and send a charge to your insurance, which ended up being $525. Then the insurance will pay for some of it, and Select Physical Therapy will charge you the rest. I would be absolutely ok with this, if they had explained it to me when I went in and signed up. Instead they quote you $100 and $88.52 for additional visits. This is completely misleading, and dishonest. I am leaving this review as a caution to anyone seeking help. They will not tell you what the actual cost will be. It will be a random number sent to your insurance provider, and you will be expected to pay the rest. It will likely not be $100, or whatever number they quote you.
