        Came through the drive thru around 9pm tonight and got a coweslaw and mash potatoes and was given no utilities, the line was extremely long and didnt want to wait again so I went up to the lobby which was closed all the staff seen me but didnt want to come and see what the problem was, tried to call the store multiple times with no answer. Lucky McDonalds was next door and gave me untiles with no problem. And I didnt even get food from there. As a food service worker they should do better

        I ordered a 16-piece family meal type thing and they gave me everything except the chicken. But when I drove back they went ahead and gave me a chocolate cake for the mistake and I didn't have to wait in line for another 20 minutes. The food is really good and they fix their mistake which is why they're getting a mid-grade
