We recently purchased a property in Napavine. The previous owners were less than gracious and left us with NO notes, and incorrect information via their Realtor, on what some of the unmarked switches and alarms were on the property. Plus, in the course of their 20-somethings moving out, a crucial alarm was unplugged and the grinder switch on our sewer (not septic) were both disabled. The electrician that came out fixed the connections but couldn't get the grinder electrical to function, so we were all expecting to replace all of that ($$$). Pacific came out, switched out the generic wire caps for water tight wire caps and we are back in business! They could have agreed with electrical and gotten us to spend $1,600+ on a new pump/grinder, but instead they had integrity and earned a life long client.
