Pretty mostly quiet store. Had the things I wanted. Most of their headphones is not made for teens would suggest buying the ones that are in a string. Not really crowded either other than some times in the year for when school starts.

Went in to buy an office chair for my Grandsons desk. We found the right one for $109. When we went to pay for it they said it would be $15 more because they had to put it together. There were 2 of them on the floor already assembled. I feel they should had advertised it at the price then of $124. Felt it was false advertising but they didnt act like they even cared. Very poor service.

Online says open at 8 confimed by business 1 week ago. Store is closed with a sign that says open at 9. Another gentleman also showed up thinking they were open. You guys need to update your hours online in this now digital world.

Self service printer kept saying error, I tried 3 times, asked the lady at the counter to print 1 page of black and white text said it would be a 1 hour wait poor service as I was the only one in the print area at 6:30 pm
