The Iris Group

I have used quite a engineers in my career as a builder but seldom have i ever been so pleased with a companies overall service as i am with Iris. In today's busy world it is becoming more and more rare that companies can take a project at short notice and then still meet all the deadlines. Kudos to Iris!

Called them to get a site plan. Nick Taylor was working on it. Nick became unavailable because of a family emergency I was told. My plan was passed to D. steele (don't know his name). When I talked to him he said it was completed but he just needed to ask nick a question. He said he would call me the next day. Never got a call, I've been calling 5+ times a day for a week now, nobody answers the phone (I have left vm). No call back, no email, nothing... I'm writing this so maybe someone at Iris will see it and get back to me!

Except for the last few weeks, working with the Iris Group has been a very positive experience. I understand from the response to Casey below that there has been a health emergency and attribute the lack of response to that. I hope for the best. Please keep us updated.

We were struggling with designing a Seattle city approved of rain water drainage solution fora new construction project. We had been going back and fourth with with the city, our builder, and our architect for almost a year to get a solution approved. We should have called Nick much sooner! He was knowledgeable, professional, and helped us get to an approved solution with very little toil.
