These people are totally INCOMPETENT!! 6 months ago I submitted subscriptions for 2 wrist braces, & 2 elbow braces! 2+ months later NO braces, so I called and was told they needed office notes for insurance,, WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME, OR DR's OFFICE? Then another 2+ months later no braces AGAIN! I called and was told they didn't get the notes,, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING?? Finally 6 months later I was told they have everything they need to process my subscriptions & I'll get them in the mail in a couple weeks,,, here we are another 2 months ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I called today and was told the manager was conveniently out on vacation and would call me back!! MAN I FREAKING GIVE UP, I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE IN MY LIFETIME!! Look at all the NEGATIVE reviews, I would STAY AWAY from this place!!!

I have gone to this place three times now looking for medical supplies and each time I have been told that no sorry we dont carry that, really your a medical supply/equipment dealer and you dont carry medical equipment/supplies you tell me to look online at Amazon. So are you an Amazon supply store or a local medical supply that wines and complains when customers dont purchase from you. This last time I went in looking for replacement wheels for my two wheel walker, again told they dont carry that, try Amazon well I will and will never come in you store again, so much for trying to shop locally. Im done.

After calling around to 2 other DME providers for a CPAP, it was explained to me that there was a shortage of machines due to a recall and shipping problems. I called OlyHealth and they said they can have a machine 10-15 days once intake is done. I asked if they were sure due to these other variables (shipping, recall). They assured me 10-15 days once intake is done. So, I had the script sent to OlyHealth. I called and asked about my order 30 days later, to give them enough time so as not to bug them, and the answer was "Due to the recall and global shipping, we don't know when you will get your CPAP." So, they point blank lied to me during my original call to them, which assisted me in placing the order with them. Now, I am captive to them because I do not want to lose my place in line. Very sad that businesses lie to make a dollar. In the age of the internet, there are other options! I emailed the company about 7 days ago, allowing them to explain. I have heard nothing.
