The team of nurses & staff worked quickly to get us the equipment and help we needed. My stepdad was only with us 48 hours after they arrived. The nurse prepared us for the quick transition and we are forever grateful for the team at Asssured!

I would give zero if I could. Had a nurse come to our home from the moment I opened the door she was rude. My husband was going thru cancer treatment and all she cared about was his eating (not much) or drinking (very little). The nurse never asked about his medication, never did any testing, just said because he was sleeping so much and loosing weight (an expected side effect) he was not a candidate for services. Supervisor was uninterested as well. Today, my husband was approved for services via Providence Home Health.

They were GREAT to help me with husband's care needs and such... But once they decided Nursing was no longer needed for catheter needs, they discharged him.... Leading us to have no other option than to call 911 for a blocked catheter. The staff that came out here were AMAZING.... Follow through just really leaves you in a hard spot when they decide insurance will no longer allow services... I even offered to pay PRIVATELY for emergency catheter issues, and was told no....
