    My dad and I went in to purchase some nice clothing for my Mom this Christmas. She's had a rough year and some big hits to her health, so we wanted to treat her. We purchased two sweaters, a scarf, and some earrings. Unfortunately, we misjudged my mom's size, so she tried to exchange the sweaters today for ones that would fit. The woman treated my mother awfully, accused her of being a liar by saying the clothes or tags weren't genuine, and refused to let her do an exchange or get store credit. They even asked her to leave!I feel terrible that she had this experience with such abrasive, judgemental, and hostile staff.

    Dont waste your time or your money. These people not only refuse to honor gift receipts, they treat customers like garbage. These folks made an old lady cry because they acted so horribly towards her. All she did was go in with some sweaters she got for Christmas and ask to exchange them for a different size. The sweaters still had tags and there was a gift receipt (at the time of purchase, one was obtained specifically so she could exchange them for a different size if need be). If the stores owner isnt ashamed, they should be. They wont be getting any of my business in the future.

EDIT: I'm so grateful and humbled that we were able to connect with her, offer our deepest and most heartfelt apologies. She was gracious, kind, understanding, and accepted our apologies and gift card. We are beyond grateful and humbled that she was so kind. We truly hope we have turned the awful experience around. We were in the wrong on this. Totally.My apologies for not exchanging the sweaters, for the poor customer service, and that she had such a negative experience. EDIT: We were able to reach out to her personally, Ryan. We sincerely apologized to her from the bottom of my heart and assured her that we value her greatly. I truly believe that she not only accepted our apology and our gift card. We were also able to share a heartfelt hug.I'm the owner, Ryan, and I AM embarrassed and ashamedThis is not our typical customer service. I truly feel awful, and wish to make it right. I've been in business for 35 years, and our reputation for treating our customers with care is everything to me.
