      image Have been back many times with zero issues and spent alot of money at this location. Most recently, the store manager Jim refused me access to the store because a previous purchase hadn't been security deactivated by store employees, in a rather unprofessional manner, and without offering a solution. Another employee quickly fixed the issue with my setting off the security alarm upon walking in the store. Jim, you need to work on your professionalism and treating your customers with respect! Long and short of this review, you may get treated like a thief just for walking into the store, for a store-caused issue. Avoid this location

      image I give you NO stars!! I went in to purchase a refurbished battery the other night and was refused to sell me one because someone was coming in the morning to purchase it. They hadn't paid for it! Hadn't put a down payment on it, hell,I'm pretty sure refurbished ones are a first come,first served basis! Or so I thought. Pretty disappointed in AutoZone right now!
