        Not a very pleasant experience.. I went expecting to receive gentle physical therapy. I didn't not receive gentle physical therapy at all. The therapist working with me was anything but gentle. He was forcing my arm and shoulder to move in ways that my arm and shoulder were not ready to do. I was in tears and had told him repeatedly that it hurt and that I cannot physically do that yet. He continued and forcefully kept repeatedly moving my arm and shoulder in a way that was excruciating pain. I had fallen and broke my shoulder in 5 places. I also have bone fragments that have moved around. I'm in excruciating pain but need the physical therapy to try and get some motion range in my arm and shoulder, gentle therapy.. I did not receive that here. I wasn't even offered any ice or heat treatment after being there for almost 2 hours. The staff was very rude as well.. Very disappointed with my experience here..
