We bought a piece of property and wanted to build our retirement home, after dealing with a number of General contractors that not only they vague about cost and timeline the estimates we were getting were ridiculously high and we were about ready to give up. Then we found Construction Management Group of Washington! We are so thrilled with there services and so very impressed with their business model. From start to finish they were on top of things. Not only did they come in under budget and the timeline, everything turned out the way we wanted. The subcontractors they used were awesome and very professional. The team at CMGWA were dedicated and really looked out for our interest. And the cost was a simple flat fee with absolutely no surprises. We save over $150,000. going with them. We also chose to have them oversee the whole project since we were out of state and the fee for that was beyond reasonable. Once again we are thrilled with the end results.

We are currently in the process of using CMGWA and are so happy with all they're doing for us and our family as we make our way through the home building process. Jakki and her team are professional, kind, supportive, helpful, and trustworthy. We changed courses and signed on with this business when considering using a major (cookie cutter) builder and are now moments from breaking ground on a custom home. We feel very blessed to have found such down to earth people help us navigate what can be the trying experience that is building your own home. It's just nice knowing that someone is by your side, has your back, and is looking out for avoidable pitfalls. They are quick to respond to questions, emails, phone calls. They have established connections with the banking industry and know many contractors of which they utilize for bids and then we make all final decisions. They understand and appreciate all that is the budget. It's a perfect, contemporary concept really, so smart the way they do things. We highly recommend Construction Management Group of WA!
