We WOULDN'T recommend ROC or his sub-contractors. ROC desperately needs a project manager that organizes information given to him, one who communicates, does follow-ups with sub-contractors and clients and completes the project their hired to do. In our case, we splurged and hired ROC to do our kitchen remodel. This was a bad experience. He got off to a slow start and when he did provide us an invoice, we paid it right away. From this point on there was no schedules, no deadlines, the work drug out and eventually he wouldn't answer our calls or texts; when we were wanting to know when ROC was coming back to finish our kitchen. We ended up fixing mistakes his sub-contractors did (tile, sheetrock, and cabinets) and we completed the kitchen remodel OURSELVES! Because although the owner is a nice friendly man and easy to talk to, when they don't show up to do the work and the project drags out for months without us having a kitchen to cook meals in, we had to move on. Our opinion is; ROC, DIDN'T live up to their mission statement on their website... "Our mission is "DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME". "We truly believe and strive in making our clients happy. We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines and within our customers budget."
