Shaunna is amazing. She did a superb job helping us find our perfect home. We were moving from another state and she went the extra mile to make everything as smooth as stress free as possible. We used Shaunna Karlous, real estate broker to sell our home in Cams Wa. Shaunna is outstanding! Shaunna spent hours answering our questions. She made the process incredibly easy. Shaunna took extra steps, many other realtors would never do to help us get our house ready for the market. Shaunna patiently walked us through the inspection and appraisal process of our home. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Shaunnas hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing, and knocked out the competition. Shaunna was great to work with. I needed an agent up in the WA area for a client that was moving there. I spoke to Shaunna and we closed this deal super fast. I was the loan officer on the transaction and she was go great to work with.
