Camas Boutique Hotel

Great Hotel, but no elevator? This was very difficult. The hotel would be almost perfect with one. Nearby activities: Great location downtown Camas. At least 10-15 restaurants and/or bars within walking distance. Not to mention the shops and services.

I booked through Expedia but expedia's app glitched and changed the date of my booking to the wrong day than my initial search. I realized the mistake immediately after booking and contacted the hotel to try to resolve it. I also contacted Expedia. Neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to make things right, and I got stuck paying for a hotel room that I am not able to use. I'd since been back and forth with the hotel multiple times, getting a different answer each time. Initially I was told that they understood the predicament and would be happy to issue a refund, just that they would need to do it on the day the room was booked for (several days later), since that's when they get their money from Expedia. Yet, here it is, day of the booking, and now they're saying they cannot issue a refund to me since "it's Expedia's responsibility." Clearly, there is a way to issue a refund, especially in such a convoluted situation as this. I tried to address the problem immediately when I learned of it, yet the Camas Boutique Hotel ultimate refused to address my concern and are now getting my money for a room that will not be used by myself or anyone else. Nice job, Camas Boutique Hotel. You got my money and lost my trust.

For us, it was ok as a place to bunk overnight before we head to airport in the morning. But for an extended stay ...

I felt tricked I booked the room I never said we had to share our bathroom then we upgraded to have our own bathroom she said one price and charged us another higher price. They also force you to tip it's added to your bill. Nice place if rane better and more honest.

I love this hotel. It has become the place I stay for my monthly trip to Vancouver. It is quaint and has such a special feeling to it. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cozy and homey.
