        Pete was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We set an appointment. After being over an hour late with no notice, we rescheduled. On the second appointment he was a no call/no show and unresponsive to texts. Pete ultimately responded to my texts and put the blame on Josh. I have no idea of the quality of Pete's work, but his work ethic certainly makes me question other aspects of his business.

        Make sure to COMPLETELY plan out the install yourself before these guys come over so you can avoid cut corners. They seemed rushed and several elements of the install weren't exactly top tier. For example, the outlet they install for the TV was not put in a place that took into account the TVs rear shape so the plug is not in an ideal location. The receptacle itself is not recessed (which is best for these slim mount applications). Also the cable port they installed was also placed in an odd location and was left with only 1 of the two screws (if i pull the cables slights the housing lifts up. Finally, the mount itself is not flush to the wall. It is what it is but I would personally do this myself more carefully next time as the quality of the work is debatable. Team was very nice, however. ~3.5 stars from me

        Pete and Flat Panel Pros mounted our outdoor TV and sound bar on a brick fireplace on our patio for us. They were timely, friendly, and professional and did a nice job with the install and setup of our new outdoor entertainment area. I would use Flat Panel Pros again for future tech needs and highly recommend their services.

      Kathi I truly apologize for the failure on my part , I should have been more clear that we operate on a 1 hour arrival window, and I responded to you within that time frame.
