Disappointed, I guess that is the best way to describe Oak Harbor. Started in my hometown, always was happy too see there trucks on the road. I had two separate pickups scheduled that had material I had sold. Requested on a Thursday, follow up Monday, had not been picked up. Follow up Tuesday, had not been picked up. Wednesday....See a pattern. When I emailed, they said, in a nutshell, they could not tell me when it would be picked after they said it would be picked up that Monday. In today's climate, there are so many options on who to use and trust with your freight. They have completely lost my trust. It's a shame. My hometown trucking company, completely let me down. Be better Oak Harbor.

We received a pallet from Oak Harbor Freight Lines earlier than expected today which is amazing due to very inclement weather for weeks. While speaking with the very polite driver it occurred to me that we've used them for nearly 30 years and EVERY time the service exceeds our expectations. Well done!
