We didn't know Sarah Merickel when we started to find a real estate agent to sell property we had by the Skagit River. She reached out to us, in a personal letter asking whether we wanted to put the property on the market, as it did not sell last summer. Almost on a whim, I called the phone number, and set up an appointment. She was on time, had read all the materials from the previous attempt to sell, and was ready with information on the market as it is today, not two years ago.
She went right to work, and within three days had showed the property several times. She had an offer almost immediately. Was it perfect? not really, she had to work to come to an agreement between us, but she did so graciously, tirelessly, and successfully. You can't do better than that!
