Possibly the worst purchase weve made! We had a 30 year old furnace that heated our house to 70 when the thermostat was set at 70 this brand new furnace heats to 66 or 68 when the thermostat is set at 70! Wish we could get the old one back! We had it tuned up the first winter because it was a problem, it didnt fix the problem and now we are on another winter and sitting in the cold again!

Service is great and staff are professional and courteous. I am not crazy about their practice of asking for payment of the next years maintenance in advance or of charging more than double the prior fee. Over three hundred for and annual checkup for a simple propane furnace is ridiculous! Update: I was called in response to this review and they explained that the fee was for more than annual cleaning. It is for preferred scheduling, 20% off parts, and maybe something else I can't remember and won't use. Ultimately, it is an interest-free loan. There is almost zero likelihood of needing parts (the furnace is 4 years old), scheduling the annual check up, even with "preferential" treatment, required several calls, an email, and a two month wait. Good technicians. There work is good but expensive $$$. Only 3 stars because recently had an issue with my furnace, and left 2 messages. No call back. I guess they have all the work they want.
