This is my 2nd visit to this pharmacy. On the first visit they didn’t “get” my prescription. After calling them 3 times over a week, I finally was able to pick it up. This month, I go to get the prescription refilled. This time they don’t let me know that my prescription was ready. I came in to pick it up today and they informed me they put it back on the shelf because I didn’t pick it up in time. So I’m typing this review now as I’m waiting 30+ minutes to count the 30 pills I’m picking up, with no other customers in this pharmacy. Guess going back to Walgreens.

This pharmacy is horrid. Most of the staff is rude as hell and now Fred Meyer has decided that they will tell you when you can refill a prescription instead of your doctor and insurance company. That might be excusable for things like opiods, benzos, or hypnotics but that's not what they regularly refuse to fill until the day before you are out...even though the insurance company authorized the refill 3 or 4 days prior. We are done

Go anywhere else. I have had nothing but problems here with reoccurring prescriptions. You have to call multiple times and try to have a 15 minute discussion with their robo answering service. THEN it takes them 3-4 days to refill a prescription. I was told my prescriptions were ready for pickup and now I've been sitting in the waiting area over an hour. Not the first time this has happened to me either. As I've been sitting here, I've heard at least 10 other people be told "we can't find your prescription " or "can you have seat and wait please, we don't know how long it will take."
