        Used the Burlington location. The salesperson...Sara...was unbelievable! Not pushy, very knowledgeable, completely satisfied with her suggestions and input. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

        These folks are great! Great on the sale,, great on the follow-up. We had a little trouble with carpet wear issues and they made things right quite fast and I would certainly use them again.

        Ridiculous We needed more flooring they wanted a $200 freight fee through the Burlington Great Floors. Called Kent Great Floors Store they ordered it without the $200 extra for freight told it be 2 to 4 weeks. I don't even know how many people I have talked to at the Burlington Great Floors but Absolutely don't recommend them. I have been lied to multiple times, hung up on, etc. We ordered this flooring on May 4th it is now June 14th almost 6 weeks later called Burlington store yesterday was told it would be in today they would call me about noon. That came and went so I called them only to be disconnected. Call again now I talk to Dale they are saying the 20th but Dale said he would see what was going on and call me back. If doing business with the Burlington Great Floors Dale is the only one I would recommend to work with as he said he would call back and he is doing everything he can to get my flooring here faster.
