        Go in person. The online H &R Block app stinks bad. Wasted hours, calls, frustration, lots of cussing ( me). On the other hand. I've had no issues going in person. Have been very happy in the past so I thought try the online site again... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE YWO THIMBS DOWN.
